What Housing Market CRM does

Built for real estate rather than adapted from a general sales CRM — which mostly shows in the small things, like every enquiry knowing which property produced it.

Who it is for

Keep every portal enquiry moving instead of letting it sit in an inbox.

Individual agents and small teams

The problem

Enquiries arrive from portal listings, phone calls, site visits and referrals. Without one place to hold them, the follow-up that would have closed the deal is the one that gets forgotten.

Every enquiry becomes a task the moment it arrives, with a type and a date — a call to make, a viewing to arrange, a follow-up to send. Nothing depends on remembering.

The follow-ups screen shows what is due today, what is overdue and what is coming, so a quiet week does not quietly become a lost pipeline.

It uses your existing Housing Market Group portal account, so enquiries from any of the 34 portals arrive in the same place.

Visual pipeline

Move leads from first enquiry through to closed, or to lost.

A Kanban board with a fixed set of stages — new, showing, negotiating, deal closed, deal lost — so the state of a deal is something you can see rather than something you have to remember. Alongside the stage, each lead carries a status and whether it is a sale or a rental, and the board filters on all three.

Leads move as the conversation moves. Anything stuck in one column too long is visible precisely because everything else has moved on — and a lead nobody has touched for a while raises a notification of its own rather than waiting to be noticed.

Enquiries are already here

Portal enquiries are in the CRM without an integration, attached to the property.

There is no copying from inboxes or spreadsheets, and nothing to connect. The CRM reads the same database the Housing Market Group portals write your enquiries into, so bringing one onto the board is an action rather than an import — and it cannot produce a second lead for an enquiry you already have.

Every enquiry is linked to the property that generated it, so you can see which listings are producing interest and prioritise accordingly — rather than treating every lead as though it arrived from nowhere.

Follow-ups and reminders

Turn an enquiry into something with a date on it.

Give a lead or a contact a follow-up with a due date and, if you want, a reminder some time before it. Following up then becomes a thing on a list rather than a thing you meant to do — and both the due date and the moment it goes overdue raise their own notification, each exactly once.

  • Property viewings
  • Phone calls
  • Meetings
  • Follow-ups with a due date
  • A reminder ahead of the due date
  • An alert when a lead has gone quiet

Contact records

Communication history, notes and activity against every person.

Each contact carries its own history — what was said, when, and what happens next — so picking a conversation back up after three weeks does not mean reconstructing it from memory.

Notes, follow-up reminders and activity tracking sit on the record itself rather than in a separate system.

Per-listing analytics

What each of your listings did, day by day.

Every view, enquiry, phone reveal, save and share against a listing is written to an append-only log and rolled up into a figure for each day. A lifetime counter can answer how many ever; only a daily series can answer how last week went, which is the question a seller is actually asking.

Look at the last week, the last month or the last quarter, and compare one listing against the average across your own. On Pro, export it as a branded PDF in your name to send the owner.

Email campaigns

Send your listings to your own lists, and see what happened.

Build a campaign around properties from the Housing Market portals, send it to contacts you have uploaded, and schedule it or send it now. Every recipient is tracked separately for delivery, opens, clicks, bounces and complaints, every message carries its own unsubscribe link, and a bounce or a complaint suppresses that address for everybody rather than only for you.

  • Campaigns built from live listings
  • Uploaded contact lists, with consent recorded
  • Per-recipient results, and automatic suppression

Notification centre

Told about the things that need you, how you want to be told.

A new enquiry, a lead assigned to you, a lead gone quiet, a follow-up due or overdue, a viewing coming up, a listing published or refused. Each one is set separately to in-app, email, both or off, and to arrive as it happens or once a day in a digest.

  • One setting per event, not one switch for all of them
  • In-app, email, both, or off
  • As it happens, or once a day as a digest

Properties, and publishing them

Keep a property in the CRM, and send it to the right portal when it is ready.

A property can live in the CRM alone — a vendor you have signed but not yet launched, or something you are not ready to advertise. It stays private until you say otherwise, because a default of on would publish a seller’s address to a public marketplace because a form was submitted.

On Pro, publish it and it goes to the portal for the country it is in rather than the country you are in — a Spanish house reaches the Spanish marketplace, which is where its buyers are looking. It enters that portal’s normal approval queue like any other listing.

Built for teams

Seats, roles, and rules about who gets which lead.

An office holds seats, and each person in it is an admin, a manager or an agent. A manager additionally holds one grade of four — view only, edit, assign, or delete — so oversight without write access is a setting rather than a promise, and every one of those refusals is enforced on the server rather than by hiding a button.

Incoming leads route by property, by country or by area, and anything matching no rule goes round the team in turn. A cursor rather than a headcount, deliberately: sharing by who currently holds least hands every new lead to whoever is on holiday.

One account for the CRM and the portal

Create a free account, or log in with the agent account you already have.

If you already have a Housing Market Group agent account, log in with it. If you are new, create a free account with your name, email, a password and the country you work in, and click the link in the verification email. That account is also your agent account on the portal for that country.
