Your website
Your listings on your own website
Housing Market CRM can show your listings on a website you already own. The Website Widget adds them to any site with a copy-and-paste snippet, and the Housing Market WordPress plugin connects a WordPress site. Both are managed in Housing Market CRM, so your properties, your enquiries and your statistics stay in one place.

Website Widget

Add your listings to any website with one snippet. The Website Widget is managed in the Website Widgets section of Housing Market CRM.
- Listings grid
- Search bar
- Featured strip
- Property card
- Enquiry form
- Agent card
Choose from six widget types, copy the snippet and paste it into Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress or a custom website.
You set the widget up in the CRM, so you never paste the code again. Colours, layout and which of your properties appear are changed there, and your website follows.
Enquiries sent through the widget arrive in the CRM as leads, linked to the property. Views and enquiries for each widget are shown in Property Analytics.
The Free plan includes the basic widgets with a small “Powered by Housing Market” label. The Pro plan removes the label.
WordPress plugin (Housing Market WP Connect)

Connect an existing WordPress site to Housing Market CRM. The plugin is managed in the CRM too, where every connected website is listed and can be disconnected at any time.
Install the WP Connect plugin and connect it with your Housing Market sign-in. If your site already lists properties with Houzez, WP Residence, Real Homes, Easy Property Listings, Estatik, Essential Real Estate or a custom post type, the plugin detects them and imports them into My Properties after a preview. Your original posts are never deleted.
The plugin shows your CRM listings on your own pages, on your own domain, and those pages are built for search engines to read. The CRM is the master copy: you edit a property there and your site follows.
Enquiries from your site’s enquiry forms are sent to the CRM as leads, linked to the property. An optional pixel for Housing Market Ads retargeting is off by default.
Bring in listings you already have

Listings that live somewhere else can be brought into Housing Market CRM from the Website Widgets section, under Import listings.
- Spreadsheet: upload a CSV, TSV or XLSX file and confirm which column is which.
- Feeds: connect a listings feed such as Kyero, Property Finder, Bayut, Zoopla or a RESO Web API, on the Pro plan.
- Website crawl (beta): read the listings from your own website, on the Business plan.
Everything is shown to you for review before it is imported. Imported properties land in My Properties, importing again updates them instead of duplicating them, and nothing is ever deleted.
One place for it all
Whatever you use on your website, you run it from Housing Market CRM.
- Website Widgets: create and style your widgets, add and verify your websites and import listings.
- My Properties: the one list of properties that your widgets and your WordPress site show.
- Leads: enquiries from your website arrive as leads, linked to the property.
- Property Analytics: views and enquiries for each widget.
- Connected websites: every WordPress site connected to your account.

A note on search engines
A widget draws your listings in the visitor’s browser, so search engines may index them more slowly and less reliably than pages built on a server, and a property that opens in a window is not a separate page. The WordPress plugin builds property pages on the server, on your own domain, for search engines to read. Neither can promise a ranking. If you want search traffic to individual properties, use the plugin or look at Housing Market Cloud.
Common questions
Which website builders does the Website Widget work with?
It works on any website where you can add a snippet of code, including Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress and custom sites. If your builder removes script tags, the Pro plan offers an iframe snippet instead.
Do I have to paste the code again when I change something?
No. You paste the snippet once. Colours, layout and which properties appear are changed in Housing Market CRM, and your website follows.
Does the WordPress plugin delete my existing listings?
No. The plugin never deletes your original posts. After an import you can keep them, turn them into drafts or redirect their old addresses to the new pages.
Where do enquiries from my website go?
Into Housing Market CRM as leads, linked to the property they were about. Spam protection runs on the enquiry forms.
Do I need a Housing Market CRM account?
Yes. The Website Widget and the WordPress plugin are managed in Housing Market CRM, and you can create a free account to start. The plugin connects with your Housing Market sign-in.
